Request the honor of your presence at the annual Cy Nicholas Luncheonbeing held February 23, 2023, at the Commonwealth Club in Richmond, Virginia.

Our featured speaker will be David M. Givens, Director of Archaeology at Jamestown Rediscovery Foundation, on the excavations and historical research being conducted in and about Historic Jamestowne.

The site is administered by the Foundation through Preservation Virginia and its public/private partnership with the National Park Service. On May 4th, 2022, the National Trust listed Jamestown Island as one of our Nation’s eleven most endangered historic places.

Givens will address the climate change challenges that Jamestown faces and his team’s efforts to preserve and protect this critical site, as well as discuss some recent exciting finds related to past as well as modern-day climate change that will make us rewrite American history.

Warriors, guests and ladies are welcome. The cost for the luncheon including an opening reception is $45 and the event begins ay 11:40 a.m., luncheon seating will be at noon. Register below.
