Governor Mitchell Lays Wreath for Monroe Birthday

VASCW Governor Edward Dana Mitchell participated in the 264th Birthday ceremony for President James Monroe, April 28th at Hollywood Cemetery. Following full military honors and the playing of Taps, the ceremony was hosted by the James Monroe Memorial Foundation. Peter Edwin Broadbent, Vice President of the James Monroe Memorial Foundation and past Governor of VASCW was the master of ceremonies.
